("we," "us," or "NWM") operates giftrewards.org as an advertising and rewards-matching platform, with its principal office at 1207 Delaware Ave #4471, Wilmington, DE 19806. We are a marketing and lead generation company that connects consumers with third-party advertisers, affiliate networks, and sweepstakes sponsors. We receive a fee from marketing partners for matching your inquiry with them. We do not charge you a fee for our services.
NWM operates a rewards-matching quiz. Based on your answers and the information you submit, we share your information with third-party advertisers, affiliate networks, and sweepstakes sponsors who have offers, products, or services that may respond to your interests. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is a part of these Terms. You hereby consent to be contacted by the marketing partners who respond to your inquiry by email, phone (including cell phone), mail, or text message at the addresses, phone number(s), and email address(es) provided by you, even if you are on the national Do Not Call list or other similar state lists.

In fulfilling a request to contact a consumer through our website, marketing partners are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as it relates to your representations and warranties and the arbitration provision.
